The Gelderlander stallion Commandant, born in 1961, was disapproved in 1979 and 1981, because they were thinking that he was not suited anymore for the breeding of KWPN-ridinghorses. However, his grandson Taxateur (75% Gelderlander) is the best stallion for breeding dressagehorses in America at this moment.
